I created STEER Academy to share the knowledge and tools I wish I had when I started in retail design and visual merchandising.

With years of experience in this field, I realized that many VM and retail design courses don’t teach the practical skills I needed to evolve in the industry. That’s why I built STEER—to bridge that gap and provide real, actionable insights that professionals like me can use.

I believe that in the future more fellow instructors and colleagues will join me providing more skills and knowledge to this community.
